We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is for general information only. Our products are seasonal and prepared by hand, so the range, prices and availability in the shop can change. Photographs are for illustration and individual products may look different.
You can place an order in the shop, by phone, by email or by sending us a message through our website.
A message sent through the website is an enquiry. An order is only accepted once we have confirmed it with you.
For special, large or Christmas orders we may ask for a deposit. We will tell you the amount, and whether it is refundable, before you commit.
We will agree a collection date and time with you. If you can no longer collect, please let us know as soon as possible.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due when you collect your order.
Many of our products, such as sausages, burgers, pies and oven-ready dishes such as Beef Wellingtons, contain or may have been in contact with allergens. Please always ask a member of our team for allergen information before you buy, and tell us about any allergies when you place an order.
Raw meat, poultry and fish must be kept refrigerated and cooked thoroughly. Please follow any storage and cooking guidance we give you.
A place is confirmed once we have confirmed your booking and received any payment due.
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please give us as much notice as possible. We will confirm our cancellation terms when you book.
If we have to cancel a class, we will offer you another date or a full refund.
Classes involve sharp knives. You must follow our butchers’ instructions at all times. Unless we agree otherwise, classes are for adults aged 18 and over.
Please tell us about any allergies, dietary requirements or access needs before the class.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For more information, contact Citizens Advice.
The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to us or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you must not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
